How it works

Six steps, from choosing to arriving.

There is no payment on this site. The price and the shipping are both agreed with you on WhatsApp before you transfer anything.

Start with a Taobao link

  1. Choose your item

    Pick something from the catalogue, or paste the Taobao link for anything that is not listed. Set the quantity and the options in your basket.

  2. Send it over

    Press Order on WhatsApp. Your whole basket comes across automatically: item names, options, quantities, unit prices and links.

  3. Get your quote

    Availability is checked at the source, then you get the final price together with shipping. Shipping can only be worked out once the weight and volume are known.

  4. Transfer

    If the numbers work for you, transfer as agreed on WhatsApp. Nothing is paid on this site, and you are never asked for card details here.

  5. Everything is bought

    Your items are bought on Taobao or picked up in person from the shops in central Guangzhou, then held until the round ships.

  6. It ships to you

    Your parcel goes out to your address. How long it takes depends on the shipping route and customs, so you get progress updates rather than a promised date.
